Common signs that a concrete foundation needs repair include cracks in the walls or floors, uneven or sinking floors, doors or windows that no longer close properly, and gaps around window frames. Additionally, if you notice water pooling around your foundation or inside your basement, it could indicate foundation issues.

A concrete resurfacing on a driveway can last 10 to 15 years or more, depending on the quality of materials used, weather conditions, and how well it’s maintained. Regular sealing and cleaning can help extend its lifespan.

Minor concrete repairs, such as filling small cracks or patching, can typically be completed in a few hours to a day. However, the exact time depends on the extent of the damage and the repair materials used, as some may require drying or curing time.

To repair a stucco wall yourself, start by cleaning the damaged area and removing any loose or broken stucco. Apply a bonding agent to help the new stucco adhere, then mix and apply a stucco patch in layers. Allow each layer to dry before applying the next. After the final layer is dry, you can texture the surface to match the surrounding stucco and paint it if needed.
